Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a growing global health problem that limits quality of life (QoL), and impacts patients' cardiovascular psychosocial problems. Anxiety depression as subdomain QoL, are underrecognized sub optimally treated in hemodialysis (HD) patients. The Hospital Depression Scale (HADS) validated self-assessment instrument used reference for anxiety depression. incorporation this screening tool can help identify significant symptoms, potentiate adequate therapies incorporate beneficial outcomes to standard clinical care.
